Meet Our Team

Becky Richardson, RN, BSN
Founder & CEO
For Becky Richardson, care has always been about people first. As a registered nurse, she spent years at the bedside, witnessing both the best and the most challenging parts of healthcare. Those experiences shaped her belief that patients deserve more than just clinical care—they deserve to feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. That belief is what led her to create Above & Beyond Home Health & Rehab and BeyondFaith Hospice.
Becky built her organizations around a simple promise: to provide care that goes beyond expectations and truly makes a difference in the lives of patients and their families. She believes that the smallest details—listening, showing up, following through—are often what matter most. Her leadership is grounded in compassion, accountability, and a deep commitment to doing what’s right. She stays closely connected to both her teams and the communities they serve across Texas, ensuring that the care provided always reflects the heart behind the mission.
While growth and success have followed, that’s never been the goal. The goal is impact. For Becky, this work is more than a profession—it’s a calling. One rooted in service, guided by purpose, and carried out with a genuine desire to care for others in a way that feels personal, meaningful, and above measure.
Care above measure. Always.

Robin Scheriger, RN
Administrator
Robin Scheriger has been dedicated to the nursing profession since 2001, beginning her career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse before advancing to a Registered Nurse in 2006. With over two decades of experience in patient care, Robin brings a deep well of clinical knowledge, compassion, and commitment to every individual she serves.
Prior to joining home health, Robin worked as a surgical nurse at Graham Regional Medical Center, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a passion for hands-on, patient-centered care. Since 2009, she has been an integral part of the BeyondFaith family, serving in home health and spending over two years providing compassionate care in hospice.
Robin has found her true calling in home health, where she is able to build meaningful relationships with her patients while helping them improve their health, maintain independence, and achieve their personal goals. She considers it one of her greatest joys to walk alongside patients in their journey toward healing and wellness.
Outside of her professional life, Robin treasures time with her husband, children, and her two grandchildren—a grandson and granddaughter who bring her endless joy. She has a love for animals, enjoys spending time outdoors, and is passionate about maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle through regular exercise. A longtime fan of the show Survivor, Robin has watched every episode since it first aired in 2000.
Robin’s dedication to both her patients and her family reflects the same core values she brings to her work each day: compassion, strength, and a genuine heart for serving others.
